Key Responsibilities
Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio
Execute sales and marketing strategies using clinical knowledge
Use digital tools and data-based insights for business planning
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers
Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues
Adhere to pharmaceutical and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
Demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Meeting and complying with industry-standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience
Documented successful sales performance
Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of account plans
Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools
Experience in product launches
Previous experience working with alliance partners
Strong leadership through participation in committees and related activities
