They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized interventions for students with physical and cognitive impairments. Position Summary:
The position of School-Based Occupational Therapist provides coordinated Occupational therapy to school-aged children. They plan, implement, and evaluate students to provide appropriate fine motor and/or sensory integration skills. They evaluate occupational roles and occupational performance of students with physical and/or cognitive impairments. They provide interventions based on student deficits and they collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
