Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products to new and existing customers
Assess customer needs and provide best solutions
Bounce back from challenging calls and maintain focus
Manage time effectively while engaging with customers
Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Ability to work full-time on-site
Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
