Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is looking for a skilled Travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Arlington, VA. You'll make a positive impact on patients' lives while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Position patients for treatment with accuracy
Administer prescribed doses of radiation
Perform regular equipment checks
Review prescription and patient chart for accuracy
Follow radiation protection principles
Maintain required records and reports
Conduct treatment sessions independently
Observe and reassure patients during treatment
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
One year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Current ARRT Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required
