Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
  • Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
  • Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans
  • Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
  • Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms
  • Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
  • Provisional license per state regulation if required
  • Educational background leading to professional licensing
  • Passionate about mental health and high-quality care
  • Committed to ongoing professional development
  • Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
