- Minimum 1 year LDRP experience required
- 3 years L&D +1 year Mother/Baby preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Must have triage, postpartum, circulating C-sections, and newborn care experience
- Must have magnesium experience
- Must titrate Pitocin, Magnesium, and occasional Insulin drips
Unit Info:
- Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- Beds: 14 LDRP rooms (same room care)
- OR Suites: 2 (for C-Sections; RNs circulate and recover)
- Triage Beds: 4 (travelers will staff)
- Birth Volume: ~90/month, ~1200/year
- Charting System: EPIC + Centricity (for EFM)
- Scrubs: Hospital issued — must change in/out each shift
- Orientation: 4 shifts (includes C/S, Labor & Postpartum)
Required Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- NRP
- STABLE
Schedule Details:
- Shifts: 7a–7p & 7p–7a (Resource/Charge: 6:45–6:45)
- First schedule will fill gaps; preferences considered for future schedules
- No block scheduling
- No call required
- Weekend & Holiday: Based on unit needs (no strict traveler requirement)
Floating:
May float to: Meridian, Boise, Nampa sites (within skillset)
