Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for key opinion leaders (KOLs) in oncology
Act as the main liaison with Thought Leader Liaison teams for KOL engagement
Support consistent and effective field engagement with KOLs
Identify and develop target lists for potential and current KOLs
Manage and maintain KOL relationships
Oversee execution of peer-to-peer initiatives for Sarclisa
Lead development of assets for KOLs for educational settings
Collaborate with internal teams to produce content for KOLs
Facilitate KOL participation in events
Track effectiveness of KOL programs and optimize engagement
Design initiatives for knowledge sharing within the field
Partner with medical team to develop scientific content
Provide logistical and strategic support for oncology-related events
Required Qualifications
