Key Responsibilities
Support Programs in assessing supplier data from energetic suppliers
Conduct hands-on testing of materials using laboratory techniques
Conduct standard chemical analysis laboratory testing
Lead various characterization and design projects
Document and communicate results and findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry or 12+ years of experience
Experience in using propellant mixers and standard laboratory equipment
Experience in Instrumental Analysis techniques
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Demonstrated ability to apply analytical chemistry principles to industry applications
Understanding of Polymer Chemistry
Knowledge of data analysis, modeling and simulation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
