LPN-LVN Home Health - Raleigh, NC 

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Full-time available, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours per week
• On Call: On call required if requested

• Travel Area: Durham and Orange Counties

   

Qualifications:

• Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
• Current Nursing License in the practicing state
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification
• Two years of LPN/LVN experience in a clinical setting, preferably home health or hospice
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance

Skills:

• 1-2 years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical care setting - Required
• 1-2 years home health experience - Required

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
