Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
  • Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade products or services

Required Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6+ months of experience in the sales & marketing industry
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
  • Speaks English
  • Able to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
