Travel LTAC RN – Springfield, MO
Night Shift | 13 Weeks | 3x12s

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a night shift position at a long-term acute care facility in Springfield, Missouri . This role plays a critical part in maintaining the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and supporting a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission

• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees

• Communicate status changes and patient updates to care teams

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all care and interventions

• Actively participate in discharge planning and patient education

• Promote a safe environment through consistent use of best practices and hospital policies

• Take charge responsibilities as needed after orientation

• Collaborate across teams to achieve quality outcomes and maintain unit efficiency

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (MO or compact)

• Prior experience in LTAC or acute care strongly preferred

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication

• Comfortable working nights, including weekends as required
