Job Description

Join Quill, a part of Staples, as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. Drive sales strategy, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a collaborative team environment while optimizing performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Conduct consistent coaching, development, and accountability.
  • Attend appointments, customer account reviews and/or trade shows.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Conduct audits and address gaps to ensure team alignment with business direction.

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
