Connected Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Waynesboro, Georgia.

• During the week/ Rare weekend shift is possible, not likely
• No On Call
• Will there be opportunities for OT? Possible OT not likely
• Any Float requirements? No Float Requirements

EXPERIENCE & CERT REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum years of experience required? 4
• Any specific previous work experience required/preferred? IP- Post Surgical and OP in Hospital Setting
• Licensure/certification Requirements? GA PT License, BLS

INTERVIEW +FEEDBACK PROCESS:

• Standard Interview process? Phone Screen
• Feedback Timeline: 48 hours
• Additional Notes: Replacement for PT going on Maternity leave 10/6 

HOUSING INFORMATION/OPTIONS:

FACILITY SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

• GA PT License, BLS, Post Surgical In Patient EXP and Hospital Out Patient EXP. Must have EXP with surgical patients fresh out of surgery. (Total Joints Sugery) - common 

ORIENTATION INFORMATION:

• What is the orientation schedule/process? Shadowing on site
