Location: Pulaski, TN Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Pay: $1870/week Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. The Med Surg RN will monitor patient health, administer treatments, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and skilled in managing multiple patients in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions. Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, reporting changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health staff to ensure quality care. Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
