Key Responsibilities
Determine customer needs using a consultative approach
Build and maintain relationships with members and insurance carriers
Limit agency Errors & Omissions exposure through proper documentation
Classify business and provide risk management solutions
Research industry trends and regulatory environment
Calculate Insurance to Value on various property types
Facilitate acquisition of business owners and nonmembers
Identify and manage risks associated with business activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
2 years of insurance sales and service experience
1 year of experience in a Commercial Insurance agency or broker setting
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
4 or more years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience
Experience with Agency Management Systems and/or Salesforce
Experience writing Commercial Lines in multiple states
Experience working in a call center environment
