Job Description
As a Team Leader at Jack in the Box, you will supervise operations, train staff, and ensure a top-notch guest experience while complying with company standards. Your leadership will be key in delivering quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain food quality and compliance with JIB procedures
Execute on 20/20 guest expectations
Required Qualifications
6 months JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant/retail
Must be at least 18 years old
Completion of Team Leader training classes
Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
ServSafe certification
Ability to speak another language based on restaurant location
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software
