Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing seeks a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to drive Total Rewards strategy, overseeing competitive compensation, benefits administration, and employee well-being initiatives. This role involves collaboration and compliance oversight while fostering employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with leave of absence laws
  • Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
