Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We’re looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (or adventurers at heart!) to join our team and creatively guide the course of ABA therapy.
- Job Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week depending on client schedules)
- Available Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings
Note: Specific shifts may vary based on location and client needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
- A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Comfort with technology – data collection is a key part of ensuring client progress, and we rely on digital tools to track success
- Responsibilities of Your Mission - The Behavior Technician Role
- Implement direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress, utilizing information to adjust treatment plans
- Compass of Compassion: Maintain professionalism and a commitment to providing high-quality services
- Supervision hours provided to support your progress toward obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician certification or BCBA certification!
