Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Paraprofessional, supporting special education students in a meaningful role. You'll work closely with students, helping implement individualized education plans and creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom with academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Past work experience in a school setting with children with special needs
