Job Description
Join William Charles Construction as a Project Manager for our High Voltage Group, overseeing clean energy projects. Manage all aspects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget while traveling up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage substation & transmission line electrical construction projects
Establish site-specific safety requirements
Financial monitoring and reporting
Manage procurement of materials and subcontracts
Submit monthly cost to complete projections
Pre-construction planning
Project documentation management
Communication with contracting parties and owner’s representatives
Project closeout activities
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction experience for Project Manager I
5+ years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction experience for Project Manager II
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with Project Management systems (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
