Key Responsibilities
Train and supervise front desk team members
Provide guidance on handling difficult problems and resolving guest complaints
Implement policies, procedures, and service standards

Required Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience in front desk with property management systems
Fluent in English language both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Computer literate in MS Office programs
Ability to multitask and function in a professional manner under pressure
