Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients under the supervision of a physical therapist
Consider individual patients' special physical or age-related needs
Help patients maintain or improve their level of independence

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License if practicing within the state
