Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to bank clients
  • Field 40-60 inbound calls daily
  • Provide expertise on banking products and services
  • Utilize multiple computer applications and dual monitors

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an office environment
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple computing applications
  • Willingness to work set shifts including weekends or evenings
  • Ability to work in the office 75% - 100% of the time
