We are currently seeking a Operational Excellence Program Manager to join our team as a member of our growing Platform Construction division. This is a strategic position to help grow our construction department. You will be responsible for driving substantial gains in Service field operational efficiency through improved workflows and processes.
Leverage LEAN and Six-Sigma approaches as you conduct gap/process/workflow analysis to improve field operational efficiency.
Work closely with our service organization to ensure technicians are focusing on their key technical work.
Engage with stakeholders to leverage cross-functional expertise, develop understanding, build consensus and manage change.
Work closely with the service management team and field leaders to develop and implement remote support platforms for field team members that will focus on leveraging the expertise of experience staff to support and develop other team members.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
LEAN certification, Six-Sigma Green Belt or similar certification, or equivalent experience, preferred
Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to lead diverse project teams required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio preferred.
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce preferred.

A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
