Join OCHIN as an Epic Ambulatory Trainer to deliver impactful training programs that enhance patient care in underserved communities. You'll develop training materials, facilitate workflow design, and promote best practices within a fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized training programs and validate workflows
Create and maintain training materials and documentation
Facilitate workflow design sessions
Analyze member feedback and adjust training as needed
Assist with integration of Epic OCHIN system for members
Develop interactive learning materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in training, course development, or instructional design
Proficiency in Epic or related applications preferred
Understanding of change management skills
Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%)
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of experience
Healthcare certification or experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR)
1+ years' experience in Instructional Design
Experience in a post-production continuous improvement environment
