Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients based on departmental standards
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patient symptoms
Treats patients with therapeutic exercises
Administers physical agents and manual therapeutic techniques
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines
Supervises affiliated students
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows programs
