Join Citizens as a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers in the New England region. Drive growth initiatives, establish high standards in loan service processes, and manage relationships across the organization while ensuring superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Establish internal policies and procedures on loan relationship management
Direct, motivate, and evaluate performance of loan service team members
Supervise the New England team and identify training and staffing needs
Oversee loan servicing lifecycle from setup to post closing
Manage relationships with vendors and IT regarding loan servicing software
Communicate with management and maintain relationships within the organization
Regularly report pipeline status and closing results to Mortgage Leadership Team
Develop and maintain relationships between Sales and Operations Teams
Ensure customer-focused communication throughout the loan process
Maintain knowledge of Citizens products, policies, and industry standards
Evaluate and report employee performance
Forecast to meet monthly closing goals
Maintain superior customer service levels
Required Qualifications
10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive in market experience for the New England region
Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with 10+ business lines
Understanding of corporate and division performance standards and fiscal goals
Compliance with all requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators set forth in the SAFE Act
