We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) with NICU experience to join a leading hospital team in New Jersey . This position is ideal for a nurse who is confident in high-acuity, critical care environments and comfortable caring for both adult ICU and neonatal ICU (NICU) populations. The role offers 12-hour night shifts and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including NICU-level newborns and adult ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and infusion pumps, and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with neonatologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients' families
• Document all care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and compassionate patient environment

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Jersey (Required)
• BLS certification (AHA) (Required)
• NRP certification (Required)
• Recent in-hospital acute care experience (Preferred)
• NICU experience (Required)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred, if applicable)
