Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a part-time Rental Sales Agent and enjoy unlimited commission potential while providing excellent customer service at our airport rental counters. You'll receive training to enhance your sales skills and enjoy a range of benefits including health insurance and flexible spending accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rent cars and promote products/services at airport rental counters
  • Process contracts and identify customer needs
  • Upsell offerings and services to enhance customer travel experience
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Professional, engaging personality
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • On-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment
