Key Responsibilities
Assists with patients’ activities of daily living and plan of care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
Communicates with and supports healthcare team, patients, and/or patient’s family
Maintains high standards of professional ethics
Required Qualifications
1 year or more patient care experience in a similar role
Completed at least one fundamental nursing course in an accredited RN Program
Successful completion of an unlicensed health care provider/technician program
High school diploma/GED
AHA Basic Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a medical-surgical unit
Knowledge of telemetry capabilities
Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy training
