Key Responsibilities
Supply and administer medication pursuant to physician order
Conduct daily inventory of medication supply
Maintain accuracy in medication accounting
Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation
Ensure proper disposal of medical waste
Observe patient's demeanor prior to dosing
Verify dosages with other centers as needed
Administer lab tests and collect data for review
Schedule and screen patients for the Medical Director
Assist in collecting data for patient history and physical
Maintain confidentiality of patient medical paperwork
Participate in CARF preparation and state audit process
Interface with the public and patients
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license in Georgia or multi-state
Understanding of opiate addiction
Medical terminology knowledge
General nursing knowledge and techniques
Basic mathematics skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
