Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct operations of the hospital including strategic planning and financial management
Promote initiatives improving health equity and access to care for the underserved
Develop budgets and monitor financial performance
Collaborate with Medical Staff to enhance provider engagement
Oversee construction and renovations ensuring compliance with regulations
Maximize productivity of Human Resources and improve employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in health care administration or Business Administration
5 years of Leadership experience in an integrated, complex healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a rural healthcare setting
Acute care leadership experience
Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives
