Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a dynamic team to create a fun and enjoyable dining experience. You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards while nurturing a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Complete training requirements including Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan
Ensure the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure team member training
Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
Manage profitability through driving sales and controlling costs
Build community relationships to increase sales
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and laws
Review performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement
Handle guest and team member complaints in a timely manner
Maintain safety guidelines and procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
3-5 years management experience required
