Construction Project Coordinator

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION!!! We are currently seeking BSCE's, BSEE's or BSME's candidates for Construction Project Coordinator positions for the following locality: Ponce.

The Construction Project Coordinator will assist the construction project manager and team, with the coordination of construction industry projects. This is NOT a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work to be done, ensuring optimal communication between contractors, clients, and team.
• Monitor project’s progress and create project status reports.
• Ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Monitor and inspect project sites for specific assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must.
• At least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical construction projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Spanish and English
• Excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project
• General Management of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• EIT Certification is good to have.
