Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties under the direction of a physician
Schedule appointments and maintain medical records
Billing and coding information for insurance purposes
Room patients and take vital signs and medical histories
Prepare patients for examination
Draw blood and administer medications as directed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Current licensure as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
6 months’ medical clinic experience
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
