Key Responsibilities

  • Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions and taking detailed notes
  • Help customers set up new devices and advise on repairs or replacements
  • Monitor service queues and provide status updates to customers
  • Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents

Required Qualifications

  • 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications
