Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158
Shift: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
Pay Rate: $47/Hour to $55/Hour
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative outpatient clinic in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence in evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, and disorders. You’ll play a key role in restoring function and improving patients' quality of life through individualized treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptions.
- Implement therapeutic interventions for physical disabilities, injuries, and functional limitations.
- Document patients progress accurately and maintain medical records.
- Participate in program development, staff meetings, and department committees.
- Engage in community education and promote wellness initiatives.
- Provide clinical instruction as part of affiliated education programs.
- Adhere to clinic policies and professional standards of care.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required).
- Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and comprehend the English language.
