Job Description
The RN or PT Executive Director is responsible for all operations of an Aveanna branch, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. This role includes staff management, growth strategies, and financial oversight, with opportunities for professional development and a bonus incentive plan.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and conduct all interviewing, hiring, and orientations of staff
Monitor employee progress towards established goals
Staff development including orientation and continuing education
Assure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours
Meet with supervisors routinely and participate in regional meetings
Participate in weekly meetings for patient preparation
Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction surveys
Incident Management/Issue Resolution
Plan and implement branch growth strategies
Review financial statements and performance data
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Oversight of internal billing and collection efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or higher
Valid RN or PT in the state of application
Criminal Background check completed
Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR
2-3 years of leadership, training and management experience in home health
General Healthcare experience
