As an Enterprise Transformation Associate, you drive decision-making and execution of enterprise growth plans by preparing financial models and executing priority initiatives. You analyze data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations while engaging stakeholders through executive-ready presentations. Additionally, you define and implement best practices across projects to ensure consistent and effective transformation efforts.

Work Location
100% onsite in either the New York, NY or Santa Clara, CA office.

Work Schedule
Full Time - Monday-Friday
Role Summary
Drive decision-making and execution for enterprise growth plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and deliver impactful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Decision Support & Execution: Prepare financial models, execute priority initiatives, and monitor progress.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct analyses to uncover trends and translate information into recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling: Facilitate discussions and develop executive-ready presentations.
  • Process & Best Practice Development: Define best practices and ensure consistent application across projects.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required. 2-3 years in consulting, tech strategy, corporate development, or investment banking.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Salesforce
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Action-oriented and detail-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across functions

Requirements
100% onsite at either the Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY office. Initial assignment length is 6 months with a high possibility to extend.
