Position Summary: St. Catherine Hospital Rehab Services is seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. The therapist will work closely with patients across a variety of diagnoses to improve function, restore mobility, and enhance independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement physical therapy techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
  • Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing patient care planning

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program
  • Current Kansas PT license or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or outpatient rehab
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
