Job Description
Join MassMutual as a Wealth Management Sales Consultant, where you'll expand our client base and provide personalized financial advice. Partner with a team of experienced professionals to drive sales and enhance our wealth management services in the Mid-West.
Key Responsibilities
Execute key activities in designated territory to support wealth management goals
Conduct regular coaching programs and support advisor focus groups
Conduct virtual training sessions for novice and high potential advisors
Understand the full Wealth Management and Insurance product suite
Report on sales progress to ensure Wealth Management Sales Results are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience in the financial services industry
2+ years' experience in financial advising, internal wholesaling, financial planning or retail financial services/operations
1+ years' experience with fee-based management
Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check
Must be located in the Mid-West
Preferred Qualifications
Series 7 at time of application
Series 63 + 65, or 66 at time of application or must obtain within 180 days
2+ years financial planning or financial advising experience
3+ years’ experience with data gathering, case analysis and strategy implementation
Industry designation (CFP, CLU, CHFC) or currently in progress
Strong presentation skills in both live and virtual formats
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
