Job Description
As the Manager of Operations for the Behavioral Health Utilization Management Specialty team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvements while fostering a positive work culture. Your leadership will be essential in supporting the clinical team and enhancing service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and performance oversight
Manage a singular team or functional area
Establish operational objectives and participate in group objectives
Develop and support non-clinical processes for the clinical BH UM team
Oversee caseload management and adherence to regulatory requirements
Develop production standards and monitor staff productivity
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to non-clinical staff
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive solutions
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years relevant experience
3 years of management experience
Understanding of management approaches (work scheduling, coaching, risk management)
Functional expertise in the area of responsibility
3 years of experience in a customer experience environment
3 years of experience in a Call Center environment
