DCBS seeks to fill a Part-Time (works less than 100 hours per month) Social Service Aide I position. A Social Service Aide provides professional assistant to social service workersin meeting the needs of our vulnerable families. This includes transporting committed youth to familyvisitations, placements, or health appointments. The employee supervises visitations and records interactionsbetween the foster children and their birth parents. The Social Service Aide is expected to perform at thehighest quality to ensure services to the vulnerable citizens. This is a demanding position that requiresmaturity, self-discipline and ability to work overtime.
