Centra Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Dallas, Texas.Job Description & Requirements

Experience with commercial insurances, interacting directly with therapists, hosting family conferences, and submitting authorizations with experience in TBI, SCI, CVA Complete Description: The Case Manager is responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management and financial management, while also completing medical record documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in an Acute Care or Rehab setting
  • Experience in TBI, SCI, CVA
  • Experience using the point click care EMR
  • Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines
  • Associates Degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor s degree preferred)
