Experience with commercial insurances, interacting directly with therapists, hosting family conferences, and submitting authorizations with experience in TBI, SCI, CVA Complete Description: The Case Manager is responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management and financial management, while also completing medical record documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in an Acute Care or Rehab setting
- Experience in TBI, SCI, CVA
- Experience using the point click care EMR
- Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines
- Associates Degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor s degree preferred)
