Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
  • Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel
  • Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits, and resolving account conflicts
  • Partner with and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department
  • Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Verbal & written communication skills
  • Active listener, responsive, and personable
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience
