Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel
Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits, and resolving account conflicts
Partner with and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department
Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties
Required Qualifications
2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Verbal & written communication skills
Active listener, responsive, and personable
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Accounts Receivable experience
