Position: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Hollister, CA
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Weekly Gross – $2,632.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and care for patients throughout labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rate, contractions, and maternal vital signs.
• Assist physicians and midwives during vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management as ordered.
• Provide immediate postpartum care to mothers and newborn assessments.
• Respond quickly and effectively to obstetric emergencies.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current and Active California RN License.
• 1–2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
