Job Description
Join AdventHealth as a part-time CT Technologist, where you'll perform vital imaging procedures and contribute to patient care across all ages. Your expertise will help provide accurate diagnostics while being part of a community dedicated to holistic healing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform imaging both neuro and body scans on patients from neonate to geriatric.
Transmit images for diagnostic interpretation.
Maintain hospital computer system with exam progress.
Educate patients concerning exams and screen for contrast allergies.
Complete exams in a timely manner and minimize empty table time.
Operate imaging equipment safely and properly.
Review images and notify physicians of emergent findings.
Required Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of radiologic technology training and A.R.R.T. registration
General radiographer state license as required by state if applicable
Preferred Qualifications
Computed Tomography A.R.R.T.(CT) certification
