Join Raytheon as a Senior Program Planner II and take charge of developing and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule. This role involves leading compliance with scheduling best practices while mentoring junior planners in a crucial onsite position in Tucson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Ensure program plan and IMS is developed consistent with IPDS and program life cycle
Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis and integrate mitigation plans into IMS
Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status and critical path analysis
Mentor and train junior planners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience
Prior work experience using software for creating and maintaining schedules (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to facilitate integration and maintenance in the IMS of technical, schedule and cost in an EVMS environment
Understanding of program technical and programmatic solution and lead integration in the IMS
Ability to interpret/analyze Schedule Risk Analysis results
Familiarity with hardware/software development life cycle and agile methodologies
Experience managing/teaching scheduling and EVMS techniques
Familiarity with APEX financial systems
Knowledge of Cost Estimating/BOE generation
