Job Description
Join BJ's Wholesale Club as a Tire Sales & Installation Associate and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members. You'll be responsible for assisting with tire purchases, performing installations, and ensuring a clean and safe tire bay environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with tire selection and purchase
Install, repair, and maintain tires
Complete tire bay documentation
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Ensure a clean and professional tire bay
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Prior tire installation experience
