Key Responsibilities
Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor
Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine
Monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions
Perform setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment
Take and record donor vital signs and monitor electronic donor questionnaire
Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS)
Support center management in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fine motor coordination and ability to hear equipment from a distance
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
